Your advertisement will be published on propertynetlk for a period of Six (6) Months. Once you found a client/ tenant, you have to inform us to remove the advertisement from the web page.

Advertising Fee

• Photographs of property provided by you: LKR. 6,000/-
• If our representative need to visit the property to take photographs: –
• Within Colombo suburbs : LKR 6,500/- Only
• Outside Colombo suburbs : LKR 6,500/- + Traveling (Traveling Cost is calculated according to the distance from Colombo @ LKR. 35.00 per Km)

Category No. 3 (Web Advertising with E-mail Marketing)

We publish selected photographs maximum up to 12 on http://www.propertynetlk.com web site with a full-page detail write-up regarding the location, property details, available facilities & price details with your direct contact information. Your advertisement will be published on http://www.propertynetlk.com for a period of Twelve (12) Months. Further your property advertisement will be E-mailed to over 235,000 prospective clients around the world. We also publish a Google Map indicating your property location for the easy access of the client. Note: Under all categories, Advertisement can be modified without an extra FEE.

BANNER ADVERTISING

Category No. 4 (Web Banner Advertising)

We publish selected photographs maximum up to 12 on propertynetlk web site with a full-page detail write-up regarding the location, property details, available facilities & price details with your direct contact information. Your advertisement will be published on propertynetlk until the property is sold or leased out. Further we offer Banner Advertisement on our home page for a period of One Month. Banner advertisement will help to give more impressions among the viewers and will give better results.

Advertising Fee

• Photographs of property provided by you: LKR. 15,000/-
• If our representative need to visit the property to take photographs;
• Within Colombo suburbs : LKR 16,000/- Only.
• Outside Colombo suburbs : LKR 16,000/- + Traveling (Traveling Cost is calculated according to the distance from Colombo @ LKR. 30.00 per Km)

Category No. 5 (Commission Basis)

The property owner can select either Category No. 2, 3 or 4 to advertise the property under our web site and the advertising fee should be paid in advance. One of our Agents will visit the site and do assessment and will decide whether http://www.propertynetlk.com will undertake the property on commission basis category. If we are satisfied to give our Real Estate service, we will advertise the property including our contact details and property owner need to hand over relevant document to PROPERTYNET. If we are not in a position to undertake your property due to some constrains, you can select other advertising categories. In addition to the advertising fee we reserve the right to sell your property to the highest possible value and charge a commission of 3% from the sale value.
